Maple Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Cookie Pancakes is a decadent imperial stout aged for 12 months in maple barrels that previously held bourbon. Inspired by sweet, chocolate chip pancakes, it layers vanilla, graham cracker, maple syrup, and dark chocolate into a smooth, silky body with a lingering warmth.
